Refunds

  • We do not issue cash refunds.
  • If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a free replacement. Return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
  • If an item is damaged or defective and cannot be replaced, we offer refunds only then.

Warranty Claims

  • Every product comes with an official brand warranty.
  • Warranty duration varies by brand and model (e.g., 3, 12, or 24 months). Please check the warranty field on the product page before purchase.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear.
  • Warranty claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days, and approved claims are fulfilled with a replacement unit.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective, return shipping is free.
  • For all other warranty claims, customers may need to cover the shipping cost to send the item back.

Order Cancellation/Changes

Customers can cancel or modify their orders within 2 hours of submission.

Damaged or Defective Products
