Refund & Return Policy
Airpods.my offers the below-mentioned terms & conditions for the return or exchange of your product
At Airpods.my, we only sell brand-new products. That’s why we encourage our customers to take their time and choose carefully before making a purchase. All the products that we sell at our store are completely inspected before shipping. Every product goes through a strict quality check by our team, and we ensure it is damage-free, in perfect condition, functions properly, and is of high quality.
We can return or exchange items only if they have specific issues listed below. We don’t accept returns for any other reasons.
Return & Refund
We do not offer cash back or monetary refunds. If you are eligible for an exchange, you will receive a replacement of the product. We only accept returns if you receive an incorrect/wrong product (which is extremely rare) that you have ordered, a physically damaged product, or if parts of the product are missing. In such cases, you have to inform us about the problem on the same day of receiving the product. Our exchange and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Airpods.my won’t take responsibility if the day passes.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, you should mail your product to [email protected]. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Once your return item is received and inspected, if the product meets the conditions for exchange, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the product will be replaced with the product of your choice (of equal or lesser value). If, for any reason, the customer does not like the product or wants to return or exchange it, then we will not return or replace the product, as we do not entertain change-of-mind reasons.
Non-Eligible Products
Clearance sale items, or any products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange.
Order Cancellation/Changes
Customers can cancel or modify their orders within 2 hours of submission. After this period, no changes or cancellations will be entertained, and the order must be received as placed.
